A $100 deposit is required to hold your spot at the time of registration.

Fulll payment of camp fees is required by June 18, 2025 at the latest.

For Forest Preschool families enrolled in the previous year, camp fees for 2025 are due July 1, for July camps and August 1 for August camps.

If you need to cancel, please let us know immediately.

Cancelations made with more than 30 days notice will be refunded.

For cancellations within 30 days of the start date of the program, a one-time deposit transfer can be applied to another program that will be used within one year.

Cancellations made within 30 days cannot transfer a portion of the non-refundable deposit.

Only if we fill your space, we will be able to give you a full refund, minus a $40 cancellation fee.

Anyone who leaves in the middle of a program due to illness, injury, expulsion or for any other reason will not be refunded any program fee.
